Submissions are now being accepted for the Photo XX Juried Art Exhibition.
Specifications: Each Artist may submit three original works in any photographic medium completed in the last three years. All photographs must be matted, or mounted, with white boards. Unframed works should be presented in either 16×20″ or 18×22″ white mats/mounts. Other sizes must be suitably framed under Plexiglass. NO GLASS ACCEPTED. Note: Framing should be appropriate for photographs and works on paper.
Delivery: Works being submitted for jurying should be delivered to the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center during the following times: Monday, March 18, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. or Tuesday, March 9, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Works shipped for jurying must be received by Tuesday, March 19.
Eligibility: The exhibition is open to all artists 17 years of age and older currently residing in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Liability: Every precaution is taken to protect all entries submitted to Photo XX. The Auburn Arts Association will not be liable for insurance or for inadequate presentation of works or poorly constructed frames. The Arts Association and Arts Center will not be responsible for unclaimed works after the announced deadline. Works picked up by anyone other than the artist must have written authorization. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to all conditions of Photo XX.
General: All forms must be completed according to instructions. Artists must fill out the attached entry and identification labels and deliver them with the entry fee and words on the above delivery dates.
Size and framing requests must be adhered to.
The Arts Association reserves the right to photograph any works submitted for publicity purposes.
Entrants are responsible for shipping costs.

Juror: To be announced.
Awards: The juror will select a number of Merit Awards. Awards will be presented at a reception at the Arts center on a date/time to be announced. Sales will be encouraged. No commission will be charged by the Auburn Arts Association.
Entry Fee: a non-refundable fee of $25.00 must accompany the entry form. Make checks payable to the Auburn Arts Association.
